Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, so you’ve got 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items need to be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To get started, just flick us an email at info@collabdist.co.nz. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label along with instructions on how to send it back.

Please note: returns sent without getting in touch first won’t be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If it is, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind it can take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap something over is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If something’s not right—whether it’s damaged, faulty, or the wrong item—let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it out for you.
